Many of you ask me how i get my abs so cut.Alot of people brag about how many sit ups or crunches they can do.They can do 200-300 whatever.Thats good but,its also kind of a waste.When you want to get big arms do you do one pound curls 300 times?No,you get a weight that is semi heavy and you lift it 8-12 times.
Well that works with your abs too.Use some weight when you work your abs.Ya you might have to start out light but you will start to get stronger.I do 4 sets of about 15-20 reps depending on the weight.You can use ab machines at the gym or you can simply hold a weight on your chest and do sit ups that way.I think the best ab routine is sitting in a decline bench holding a weight to your chest and using your abs to go up and down.
